When we receive your order, we’ll create your design and email a screenshot of that to you. You’ll get a close up of the embroidery and you’ll get another shot of the embroidery shown on a bucket hat so that you can see the relative size of the embroidery. Once the design is exactly as you like it, then we’ll embroider your hats. From the time you place your order until you have your hats in your hands should take less than 2 weeks.
